Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 November 2026

1. About this service

CourierGuard provides available courier delivery-history metrics, search tools and integrations for legitimate delivery decisions. Records may be incomplete, delayed or cached. A rating or return count is supporting context, not proof of fraud or a guarantee of future delivery.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and API keys, and use MFA where available. You are responsible for authorized use of your workspace and integrations. Report suspected compromise promptly. Registration and some integrations depend on administrator configuration and provider access.

3. Permitted use

Search only numbers you have a lawful business reason and appropriate permission or other lawful basis to check. Do not harass or publicly label customers, publish personal lookup records, sell access without authorization, scrape the service, bypass limits or security controls, share keys publicly, or use results for unlawful discrimination or other unlawful purposes.

4. Plans, billing and search allowance

Current plan prices and limits are shown on the pricing and membership pages. Monthly/yearly billing is separate from daily/monthly search allowances; yearly billing does not turn a daily allowance into an annual pool. Each successful request, including repeated and cached lookups, consumes one credit. A usable zero-history or partial result may consume a credit; completely unavailable results are refunded. Bulk input is deduplicated within each batch. Daily/monthly boundaries follow Asia/Dhaka.

5. Payments and invoices

Membership payments are currently confirmed by the platform administrator; there is no automatic checkout or automatic recurring card charge. Confirm the amount and billing period before paying. Invoices record the confirmed purchase and preserve its original billing details. For payment errors, cancellation or refund requests, contact the operator with your invoice/reference. Refunds are reviewed against the payment facts and applicable law; no automatic refund entitlement or processing deadline is promised here.

6. Suspension and restricted features

The administrator may suspend a workspace or individual features such as API, single search or bulk search for terms violations, misuse, security concerns or account-access issues. Restrictions are enforced server-side and may stop queued items without charging for blocked results. Reasons are recorded; request a review from the operator if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Renewal/payment does not automatically remove a compliance suspension. Existing history and invoices are retained while restricted.

7. Availability and third parties

Courier access, counts and response times depend on the courier and its account permissions. Outages, maintenance and cached fallbacks can occur; no universal response-time or delivery-success guarantee is offered. Courier names and logos belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement or an official partnership.

8. Changes and applicable rights

These terms and service features may be updated. Review the effective date and published plan details before renewal. Contact the operator for disputes or corrections. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
